What Blackout is

A study tool that tests recall using AI. The concepts it extracts and the grading it gives can be wrong. Check anything that matters against your course material. It is not a substitute for your syllabus, and not professional, legal or medical advice.

Trial and billing

Three days free, card required. The trial starts when you choose a plan, not when you sign in. After it, you are charged $6.99 per month or $29.99 per year depending on the plan you chose, renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no reason needed. Email us.

Fair use

Unlimited means normal personal study. Automated or bulk use is rate limited, and accounts that abuse it can be suspended.

Your content

Your notes stay yours. You grant us only what we need to run the service: storing them and sending them to our AI provider to generate concepts and grade your recall.
